Spring Clean your Body

Spring has traditionally been known as the time to clean house and get a fresh and clean start. I like to include the body in spring cleaning as well.

It's the season we should feel like eating light detoxifying food that will uplift our energy. Eating more nutrient-packed raw plant based vegan meals that clean the body from the fat that was accumulated during the winter time is what we should be doing.

I would like to inspire you to cook tasty and healthy meals at home on a daily basis. My goal is to explain the principles of detox cooking and will demonstrate how to cook 5 different dishes that are all delicious, nutritious and that anyone can easily prepare at home.

At the end of the class you will eat the dishes that were prepared and I will provide a print out with all the recipes.
