Mark your calendars for this annual traditional Ridgewood Tree Lighting Celebration

Parking lots in the Central Business District, including the train station lot, will have FREE PARKING ON THE FOLLOWING SATURDAYS:
DECEMBER 7, 14, 21. The exception is around the
Christmas Tree on the corner of E. Ridgewood and Broad Street, or parking area to the right of the train station parking lot.
Street meters will still be in effect..

Downtown for the Holidays and Tree Lighting Celebration- and the Ridgewood 125th Anniversary + Winter Fire and Lights
Friday, December 6, 2019 open to the public 5:30-9pm

Early event - “for the kids”
5:30-6:45pm – Santa in the Park for the “wee tots”.
Live entertainment by the “clock”, in the stores and restaurants along E. Ridgewood Ave, featuring the RHS Marching Band, RHS Carolers, RHS Orchestra, Jamboree 2019

Taekowondo all in, ride the Trackless train…free for the kids-weather permitting.

Special this year: Ridgewood Parks and Recreation is doing their famous Winter Fire and Light Show in the Park. Warming stations and s'mores and lots of fun!

Join us for “Winter Fire and Light” on
Friday evening, December 6th, from 5:30
to 9 pm, at Memorial Park at Van Neste

With co-sponsorship of the Ridgewood
Fire Department, Ridgewood Local 47
FMBA and Ridgewood Parks and Recreation,
we look forward to celebrating the season
together. We will offer warming stations
with crackling log fires, seating, a place
to socialize and s’more roasting.

10:00am-1pm – Santa arrives at Columbia Bank in a fire truck with gifts and picture
for all children attending - 60 S. Broad St.
10:30AM-FREE kids’ movie at BowTie Warner Theatre – Movie is Elf
2pm-4pm visit Santa at his house, Memorial Park at Van Neste Square- Weather permitting
